金钱101营 is hosted by 巴黎人手机APP’s 比尔和维芙·戈尔商学院 和 金融健康中心.

While middle 和 high school aged youth 和 their households may have access to financial literacy through their schools 和 internet, a practical 和 h和s-on approach to personal finance can help youth prepare to confidently 和 knowledgeably interact in their increasingly complex financial lives.

格式

Money 101 is being offered in both live, virtual AND live, in-person formats for 2022.  Each camp session includes five, half-day sessions aiming to simplify the more complex 成人的概念. A mix of activities, breakout sessions, assignments, 和 projects are used by the Westminster faculty 和 knowledgeable undergraduate students leading 会话. Youth are challenged to engage with camp faculty, guest speakers, 和 彼此.

As youth progress through assigned projects, they earn points towards rewards (gift cards, swag, 和 recognition) offered at the end of each camp session.

Sessions are designed to be adaptive 和 highly participative 和 will expose students to both the Gore School of Business 和 Westminster College.

报名人数限于 25个学生 每节营. This offers the most engaging 和 personalized experience, keeping the ratio to about 10–12 youth per faculty member.

成本

夏令营的费用是175美元. This includes the cost of all necessary materials, an online financial calculator, camp t-shirt, 和 Westminster merch和ise (including t恤、书包等等).
