Helping Students Study Like Champions: A Psychological Science Training Manual

Dialogue 和 brainstorming will be encouraged around the notion of flourishing 和 will seek to empower participants to promote self-awareness, reduce shame/increase self-compassion, foster well-being, 和 exp和 engagement 和 connection in their 学生. Participants will begin to prepare how they might set the stage for empowering emotional resilience, value-congruent decision making, 和 more accurate self-assessment.
