Official 巴黎人手机APP transcripts can also be requested directly from the 注册处. Submit the 申请成绩单表格 with payment. 记录可以 be mailed to you or another party. 记录可以 be faxed, but doing so makes them “unofficial” since the watermark and security features 没有被正确传播. If you would like to have your transcript emailed, you must go through the online ordering process listed at the top of this page.
The College may refuse to provide official transcripts for failure to pay tuition, for default on an education debt, or for failure to repay an education grant over-payment.
If you are unable to download the 申请成绩单表格, we can accept handwritten requests. Handwritten requests must include the following information:
- Name
- 学生证或其他识别号码

- Address(es) or fax number(s) where you want the transcript sent (transcripts become unofficial when faxed; if the transcript needs to be faxed, please include a disclaimer stating that you would like the transcript faxed, regardless of the risks to privacy involved in using an insecure method of transmission)
